Whether coming or going, your order should be easy, so we do all the footwork. Standard shipping is free for orders over $30, no matter what size your order. Returns are free, too, and as easy as 1-2-3. Please note that returns are only accepted within 30 days of order and in new and unworn condition.

LOG IN

Easy as it sounds: log in to your account, go to your order history and select “return request” next to the shoes you want to return. (Just be sure they’re in the original packaging and unworn.)

PRINT OUT

Print the pre-paid return label that comes up and attach it to your shipping box. Make sure any old labels are covered (you don’t want them to get lost) and that the box is sealed tight.

SHIP OFF

Now just drop your box at any post office and we do the rest of the work. Generally you’ll have your refund within 1-2 weeks.

Return Policy

For GMA customers returns:

Returns are allowed within 30 days of your GMA purchase and must be returned in original and unworn condition with all labels attached.

Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping fees to the address provided below. Please make sure to keep a record of your tracking number.

When returning please ensure you send back your original packing slip along with your return. If you no longer have the packing slip, please insert a piece of paper with your full name and order number.

 Please note you will receive a full refund for your product, minus the $4.95 shipping fee.

 If you would like to exchange for a different size please contact help@kidsshoes.com with your original order number in the email subject.

KidsShoes.com offers free shipping and free returns. We want your shopping experience to be as convenient as possible. We will allow returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. At the bottom of the webstore there is a RETURN ITEM link. Please click it. After you get to the order to return items from, hit next and you will then be able to print a prepaid United States Postal Service return shipping label to use to ship the item(s) back to us. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Do not send items back through other means of shipping or we will not be able to process your return. The turnaround time to receive your credit is 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your item back to our warehouse. When your item is received your refund will be issued as long as the item(s) is in new and unworn condition.

For any items purchased for 30 dollars or less, customers will be charged $4.95 for shipping. For items returned that incurred a shipping fee, the shipping fee will not be credited back and will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on KidsShoes.com. Our products are in high demand and we cannot guarantee we will have the requested size in stock by the time we receive your exchange. Therefore, please place a new order and log into your account to return the item you no longer want. The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the merchandise back to our warehouse.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

All items must be returned by the purchaser. They will receive the credit on their credit card used to purchase the item.
