KIDSIZING™

What is KidSizing™?

KidSizing™ is exclusive to KidsShoes.com and is a patented, unique and proprietary measuring system that allows you to measure your kid’s foot via iPad App or print out. Once we have your kid's size then KidsShoes.com recommends the corresponding size for your kid to ensure the best fit across all of our brands and styles.

Can I shop without sizing my kid?

Of course! You can always shop our manufacturer sizing without obtaining your KidSizing™, however, even though you might "think" you know your kid's foot size, we all know that their feet continually grow and manufacturer sizing is never the same across brands and sometimes styles. If you do not have an account with KidsShoes.com, then you will not be able to take advantage of our patented sizing system or exclusive offers.

What if my child is in-between sizes? 

If you have used our exclusive KidSizing™ system, then we recommend the best size that will fit your kid’s foot. If you are measuring your kid’s foot on the KidSizing™ print out and you are unsure of their size because they are in-between KidSizes, then please choose the next letter on the chart to enter into your profile.

I’ve sized my kid, now what? 

If you’ve used our exclusive KidSizing™ iPad App then once you’ve confirmed your kid's size our patent pending sizing system has already updated your profile and you’re ready to shop with the recommended sizing that best fits your kid. If you have sized your kid using the Print out, then please make sure to enter the corresponding sizing letter into your profile so that you are ready to shop.

How do I know when its time to size my kid again?

No worries, we’ve got you covered, that is our job!  We will send you an email notification when its time to re-size your kid. However, you can always re-size your kid anytime.

What are the instructions to size my kid?

In order to size your kid the correct way, please visit our instructional video here. Please remember to put your kid's heel at the corner of the actual iPad (the real corner, not the corner of the touchable part. If you are using the print out, make sure you check the print out scale by ensuring that your credit card fits in the box on the bottom left and you can still see the outline. Also make sure your kid's heel is at the EDGE of the paper.

How do I set up my kid's profile?

Visit the account page.

Can I add multiple kids to my profile account?

You can add up to 5 kids in your account. Make sure to sign up to receive notifications about when its time to size your kid again!  

ORDERS

Can I make changes or cancel my online order after its been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we cannot make any changes to the order.  All orders ship within 1 business day. For changes, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return procedure.

When will my order ship?

All in stock orders ship the next business day if they are placed after 1:45pm EST. Orders placed before 1:45pm EST will ship out the same day. All orders ship via trackable freight carrier like (Fedex, UPS, USPS) and arrive between 3-5 business days. If upgraded shipping was selected you will receive your order either next business day or the 2nd business day from placing your order. Your order must be received by 1:45pm EST to be eligible to have your order ship out that day. If your order is placed after 1:45pm EST then your order will ship out of our warehouse the next business day.

How can I track my order status?

You will receive a tracking number when your item ships from the KidsShoes.com warehouse. In addition, you can check the status of your order at anytime if you have an account with us, please go to "My Orders". Click "View Order" under Order Detail & Tracking. Next to the item(s) you will see the UPS tracking number. Click on it to see the status of your shipment.

KidsShoes.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover PayPal.

What shipping options are available in the continental USA?

All orders in the continental USA ship via trackable carrier such as (Fedex, UPS, USPS) unless Two Day or Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout for an additional fee. Please note we now offer international shipping. See link below for more information on this: https://kidsshoes.com/pages/international-shipping. If you have your own freight forwader we will ship to that address as well.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping within the continental USA is free over $30.
Express shipping options are available only in the continental USA for the following:

  1. Overnight Shipping: $30 dollars per order
  2. Two Day Shipping: $20 dollars per order 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL expedited shipping orders must be placed by 1:45pm EST. See Shipping Policy.

When will my order ship?

Your order must be received by 1:45pm EST to be eligible for upgraded shipping. If your order is placed after 1:45pm EST then your order will ship out of our warehouse the next business morning.

Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a street address for delivery.

Can I ship an order to a foreign country?

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

All orders require one shipping address and we cannot offer split shipments at this time.

RETURNS

 

What is KidsShoes.com’s Return Policy? Do you offer exchanges?

KidsShoes.com offers free shipping for orders and returns over $30. We want your shopping experience to be as convenient as possible. We will allow returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please click here and follow the prompts for the return. After you enter your email and order number, hit next, and you will then be able to print a prepaid United States Postal Service return shipping label to use to ship the item(s) back to us.. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Do not send items back through other means of shipping or we will not be able to process your return. The turnaround time to receive your credit is 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your item back to our warehouse. When your item is received your refund will be issued as long as the item(s) is in new and unworn condition.

For any items purchased or returned for 30 dollars or less, customers will be charged $4.95 for shipping. For items returned that incurred a shipping fee, the shipping fee will not be credited back and will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on KidsShoes.com Our products are in high demand and we cannot guarantee we will have the requested size in stock by the time we receive your exchange. Therefore, please place a new order and log into your account to return the item you no longer want. The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the merchandise back to our warehouse.

How do I get a return shipping label?

Please click here and follow the prompts for the return. After you enter your email and order number, hit next, and you will then be able to print a prepaid United States Postal Service return shipping label to use to ship the item(s) back to us.

What is the turnaround time for returns?

The turnaround time to receive your credit is 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your item back to our warehouse. When your item is received your refund will be issued as long as the item(s) is new and unworn condition.

Can I exchange an item for another size, style or color?

Unfortunately, we only offer returns because due to our products being in such high demand we cannot guarantee the size/style/color you are requesting will be in stock if we wait to receive your order back to our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend that you please return your item and place a new order for the size/color you would like to receive. Once we receive your original order back at our warehouse we will refund your credit card the full amount as long as the merchandise is in new and unworn condition.

What is KidsShoes.com’s policy on damaged/defective items?

We stand behind all of our footwear. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately via email or call 516-847-4637.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

All items must be returned by the purchaser. They will receive the credit on their credit card used to purchase the item.
