It's Super Bowl Sunday!
For us adults, we know Super Bowl Sunday consists of a good game, interesting commercials, and Justin Timberlake singing some tunes during half time. Our kids on the other hand, don't seem to appreciate most of those details. So we recommend having something planned for them during those 4 intense hours!
I'm can sure we can all agree that food is one of the best parts of this once-a-year get together. We put together a list of kid-approved snacks to enjoy together. Looking to keep the kids busy? Have them help you prep these snacks before game time!
1. Pizza Rolls
This is both delicious and easy. All you need are crescent rolls, mozzarella cheese sticks, and pepperoni. Roll them up and pop them in the oven at 350 until golden brown. Top with butter and seasoning for extra flavor.
2. Corn dog cups
Another simple, finger-food, recipe is corndog muffins. These are quick and don't create a mess in the kitchen. Preheat your oven to 400 and coat a muffin tray with cooking spray. Add corn muffin mix to your tray. Once the muffins begin to rise add hot dog (cut into 3 pieces) to the muffin. Bake until golden. Add all their favorite dipping sauces on the side.
3. Football Ice-cream sandwiches
And lastly for dessert - ice cream sandwiches! Add a popsicle stick to avoid dirty hands and a little icing for a decorative football look.
We hope you enjoy these yummy snack recommendations!
